New Delhi. There is good news for movie lovers. The European Union Film Festival is going to be organized again in India after two years. The festival will screen 27 films in 23 languages from more than two dozen European countries. These films will not only be a source of stories from many countries of Europe, but cinema lovers will also get a chance to experience different cultures while sitting in Delhi. The EU Film Festival will begin on 4 November. The fair will continue till November 13.
EU Film Festivals in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia Films from Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Portugal will be shown. The festival will showcase the best films from different countries as well as award winning films.
27th EU Film Festival
The festival is organized in India by the European Union delegation, embassies of the member countries of the European Union. The year 2022 also celebrates 60 years of diplomatic relations between the European Union and India. So the EU Film Fest will make the occasion a memorable one, hope the organizers. Eugo Astuto, Ambassador of the European Union to India, said that I am pleased to announce the launch of the 27th edition of the EU Film Festival in India. This program is happening after two years. The EU festival will feature audiences across genres such as comedy, action, drama and animation.
Virtual Film Fest from November 15
According to the information, the European Union Film Festival will be organized in three places in New Delhi at India Habitat Centre, Institute Cervantes and India International Centre. This entire program will run from November 4 to November 13. The EU Film Festival will be followed by a Virtual Film Festival, which will run from November 15 to December 15.
