Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin has condoled the demise of producer Muraleedharan.

In Tamil cinema, Swaminathan, Muraleedharan and Venugopal have produced various famous films under the name Lakshmi Movie Makers.

He has produced 28 films including Kamal Haasan’s Ambe Shivam, Vijay’s Bhagavathy, Ajith’s Unnethedi, Suriya’s Unni Nidhi and the hugely successful Karthik-starrer Unnidham Mini Digiten.

Producer Swaminathan passed away last year due to Corona virus. In such a situation yesterday, Muraleedharan along with his family went to the Nachiyar temple in Kumbakonam for darshan. It is said that he suffered a heart attack while climbing the mountain and died.

He already has heart disease. Meanwhile, he died while visiting the temple. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin expressed his condolences today while the film industry mourned his demise.
