The actress can be seen donning a breathtaking purple off-shoulder gown designed by Gauri and Nainika, which features a plunging neckline. She complemented her outfit with a statement choker and kept her makeup subtle yet elegant. Janhvi struck some chic poses for the camera and shared the pictures with a simple greeting, “Hiiiii,” in the caption. Orhan Awatramani, Janhvi’s best friend, didn’t waste a moment and responded to her post with a warm greeting. The Filmfare Awards ceremony has commenced in Mumbai on April 27.
Janhvi Kapoor has been nominated for Best Actress for her performance in Mili, a movie that was released last year. She will be competing in the same category with Alia Bhatt (Gangubai Kathiawadi), Kareena Kapoor Khan (Laal Singh Chaddha), Bhumi Pednekar (Badhaai Do) and Tabu (Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2).
This year, Salman Khan will be hosting the Filmfare Awards for the first time, accompanied by co-hosts Ayushmann Khurrana and Maniesh Paul. The event promises to showcase splendid performances by numerous superstars, including Vicky Kaushal, Govinda, Tiger Shroff, Janhvi Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez.
Returning to Janhvi Kapoor, she turned heads on Wednesday at the GQ Most Influential Young Indian Awards with a striking outfit designed by Marc Bouwer. The actress looked stunning in a green cut-out dress in the pictures. After she posted them, the designer Marc Bouwer couldn’t resist commenting: “This is exactly how the dress should look! You look gorgeous in it.”
